No. Unlike many AI chatbot competitors, Liliwi charges 0% commission on your sales and zero per-ticket surcharges. You pay only your monthly subscription; that’s it. No hidden fees, no revenue sharing, and no surprise charges when you grow.
Annual billing gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. For example, the Pro plan is $40/month billed monthly, or $32/month equivalent when billed annually ($384/year). You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your dashboard.
A conversation is a single chat session between a visitor and your AI agent. If a visitor starts a new chat (or returns after the session expires), that counts as a new conversation. A conversation can contain unlimited messages; there’s no per-message limit. Your quota resets at the start of each billing cycle.
If you’re on the Essential plan and reach your conversation limit, your agent will continue to work, but we’ll notify you to upgrade. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time; the change takes effect immediately, and you’re only charged the prorated difference. The Pro plan and above includes unlimited conversations under fair-use guidelines.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or lock-in contracts.
Training data storage is the space available for CMS content, like the Shopify products, your uploaded documents (PDFs, Word docs, CSVs, TXT guides), and crawled URL content that your AI agent learns from.
